Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit
We have been receiving inquiries regarding the recently signed legislation known as the Parental Choice Tax Credit, House Bill 93 (click here for the text of the bill). Governor Little signed this legislation on February 27, 2025. As you likely know, this new legislation makes available, under certain circumstances (e.g., taxable income does not exceed 300% of the federal poverty level), ID tax credits for parents "to choose educational services that meet the needs of their individual children".
